About
I'm Jerome. I help small and growing businesses hand their repetitive work to systems that don't forget, don't get tired and don't need reminding.
You won't get a pile of jargon or a tool you have to babysit. You'll get something that works the way your team already does, explained in plain language, with a number attached to show it's working.
Before automation, I spent years on US phone lines: customer service, medical intake, then leading a sales team of 10 to 12. I know what has to happen after a lead comes in, because I used to be the one calling them back.
